INTRODUCTION
- The Roller cradles are used in pipeline lay down operation. The rollers evenly distribute the pressure on the pipe, avoiding the risk of buckling the line pipe and preserving the coating. The use of polyurethane rollers eliminates the risk of damage the polyethylene or FBE pipe coating that can occur using regular steel wheel cradles.
- In addition, high standard ropes made in China are provided with the cradle in order to ensure long lasting life and safe operation at site.

The seamless steel pipe is used as the steel frame structure, which is welded as a whole, and the structure is firm and beautiful.
• Baskets can be disassembled for transport. After being transported to the construction site, it can be quickly assembled and connected by bolts, which is convenient and reliable.
• It has good anti-wind and sand performance, and ensures the flexible and free rotation of the roller.
• Roller-to-roller is connected by roller-gasket-spring-gasket-roller;
• The arc part where the hanging basket is in contact with the pipe is covered with special polyurethane to prevent the anti-corrosion layer from being damaged by bumps.
